The Golden Rule Building has continued the tradition of upgrading our facility in a concerted effort to improve tenant satisfaction.

2003
Building projects for this year include the installation of additional security cameras, completion of the Building's fire alarm system ADA compliant strobe installation and the reconstruction of the western portion of the Seventh Street sidewalk. We also plan to tuckpoint and paint the North side of the Building. The lighting at the Seventh Street entrance to the Building will also be upgraded.

2002
The Building received the Energy Star Label from the Environmental Protection Agency for its energy conservation record. In addition, the Golden Rule Building was awarded the 2002 Building of the Year Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association of St. Paul.
